Weird Windows 7 White Heart Rendering Bug

The white heart character will not render correctly in the following browsers on windows 7: chrome 20.0.1115.1 dev-m or canary 20.0.1119.0. Interestingly enough, it did not render in Opera 11.1 on 2012 04 26, however after updating to 11.2 on 2012 04 27, the white heart does render correctly.
