Summary and Conclusion
This article is about a concept to integrate providers and users into one
system in order to keep the information up to date. It is planned, the system
to be run and used by the whole community so that there is no need for a person
to maintain rapidly changing information. This is applied in the field of an
information system for students to reduce the average period of study.
The system of automatic maintainance works only in a limited range, where
information is linked with its sources by the administration system.
Extension is not done by simply writing new html documents, if the documents
should be kept up to date. All parts of dynamic informations are part of the
administrating system and extent of functionality means an efford to extend the
data model in the DB component.
But as far as this system is a comprehensive method of helping students during
their course and helping the chairs by computer-aided administration and
providing a better information flow among the institutions of the university,
its tasks are fulfilled.
